Thank you for visiting the LA28 Press Registration Portal (“Portal”). Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Services. The LA28 Press Registration Portal is owned and operated by the Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the Olympic & Paralympic Games 2028, its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively referred to herein as “LA28”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”). Your access to and use of the Services and this LA28 Press Registration Portal is subject to the following Terms and all applicable laws. Hereinafter, “You” shall refer to you on behalf of yourself and your press organization.

These Terms include the terms and conditions to the LA28 website (the “Website Terms”), which is incorporated into these Terms. Words used and not capitalized herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Website Terms. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Website Terms, these Terms shall prevail. For avoidance of doubt, this Portal is considered part of the Website.

Only users authorized by LA28 may access this system and only for authorized business purposes. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited. All information contained on this system is deemed to be PROPRIETARY, CONFIDENTIAL, and the property of LA28 and/or its affiliates and/or its assigns. Any use of the information contained on this system or of LA28 systems, including this Network, must be in compliance with the applicable LA28 policies and terms and conditions, including the Website Terms. Additional restrictions, regulations, laws, or legal obligations may apply to selected information in this system. By using any such LA28 Systems, you agree to comply with such policies. Any unauthorized access to or use of LA28 Entity systems resources may be penalizable, including but not limited to revocation of access or in a court of law.

All users should take notice that any and all access or usage of this system, including but not limited to any feature or data input to the system may be subject to monitoring by LA28 at any and all times by any lawful means. In addition, user access may be revoked at any time within the sole discretion of LA28. Any collection of personal information through the use of this service is subject to being processed by LA28, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or assigns in accordance with the LA28 Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected through this Portal will be processed in accordance with the LA28 Privacy Policy. The portal is intended solely to support press registration administration, quota allocation, access management, security, and related operational purposes. Information collected may include organizational details, contact information for designated representatives, account registration information, portal submissions, and system usage information. Where necessary for these purposes, information may be shared with LA28 affiliates, service providers, and relevant Games stakeholders, including the IOC, NOCs, IFs, NPCs, and the IPC. Information will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes or as otherwise required by applicable law. To exercise privacy rights or submit privacy-related inquiries, please use the LA28 Privacy Web Form. This Portal does not process individual press accreditation applications. Individual accreditation and related personal data processing will occur separately through the Accreditation system and will be subject to separate terms and privacy disclosures.
